Historic Salamanca Building On The Market
One of Salamanca’s most loved historic buildings is up for sale!
The stunning sandstone spot at 63 Salamanca Place — home to favourites like The Den and Salamanca Whisky Bar — has locals and investors talking.
This Georgian-era beauty is packed with heritage charm and plenty of stories.
Even if you’re not shopping for multimillion-dollar real estate, it’s a reminder of how special (and valuable!) Hobart’s historic heart really is.
Hobart Trivia

Hobart Could Reap Significant Benefits From New Stadium?
Hobart City Council has released a fresh report on the proposed Macquarie Point stadium, revealing it could pump $140 million into the economy each year during construction — and $178 million once complete.
The council felt earlier assessments didn’t fully capture the local benefits, so they commissioned their own.
While the stadium debate continues, one thing’s certain: it’s shaping up to be a major game-changer for Hobart’s future.
